Secure Access

Prior to providing any access to users, the Murtex Team reviews applicant's information with the Customer's Principal to ensure the user can properly access and use the information provided to support their operations.
Once registered with Murtex, a username and password will be issued. When attempting to gain access to the Web Portal, the security protocol determines whether the user has been granted permission by validating the username and password entered.

Your order information is secure. Your order information will only be accessible through your login information and by Murtex.

Preventing Unauthorized Access


To prevent unauthorized access to your portal account please ensure you log-off ( 'Logout' button at top right corner of the page) or close all your browsers when you're done. This ensures that your session is automatically and properly closed. Navigating away from the portal environment ( e.g. by going to another web site outside Murtex environment ) and leaving the browser running/unattended might leave your account vulnerable to unauthorized access if another user uses the same computer.
